ProMED LTD stands behind our products 100%. Unopened products can be returned 15 days from receipt of the product based on criteria within this policy. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged except if defective or damaged. After 15 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or an exchange.


To be eligible for either a refund or an exchange, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To receive a full refund on the original form of purchase, please provide a receipt for proof of purchase. If you don’t have proof of purchase then a gift certificate will be provided at the lowest value of the product over the last 30 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your return. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

Exchanges
Only defective or damaged product will be replaced for the exact same product.
