Shipping Policy

Due to Covid-19 outbreaks which cause some countries and cities are blocked or restricted, the shipping services by air in most areas are being delayed/canceled. Therefore, your order may arrive later than expected. Promed Team is trying the best to find the fastest shipping solution for every order, so that you will receive your products as soon as possible. We hope that you will understand the situation and hang on with us. We will keep update the tracking number via your email address. If tracking is not available at the moment, please wait for the next few days. We encourage our customers to place an order when their CBD supply reaches half to prevent shipping delays and to ensure customers are always able to get their products. We ship to all 50 states and internationally. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EST are shipped out same day, barring any issues with our shipping department.

Shipments are sent using USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail.  If you require a different shipping company, then ProMED CBD can only provide fulfillment through phone. Shipping times are dependent on your location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in Florida. Typical shipping times may vary from 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing. This does not include any potential delays due to inclement weather or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you didn’t receive your order, contact ProMED CBD immediately. You may choose to upgrade your shipping to a faster method of your choice at an additional cost. Please notify us immediately before your order is shipped out. Please call 888.655.9155 and tell us your order number and preferred shipping method with your credit card ready.
SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
USPS First Class Mail: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 3-5 business days according to their website.
USPS Priority Mail: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 1-3 business days according to their website.
FedEx Ground: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 2-7 business days according to their website.
FedEx Express Saver: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 3 business days according to their website.
FedEx 2 day: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 2 business days according to their website.
FedEx Standard Overnight: FedEx is committed to deliver the next day before the end of the business day, according to their website.
Please note FedEx does not offer weekend delivery through our system. This means if you placed an order on Friday for overnight, it will not be delivered until Monday.
